DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

All items ordered with Next Day Delivery Service, purchased (and age verified where necessary) before 3:00PM (Mon-Fri), are sent same day through via Yodel. Items posted with couriers are sent on a Next Day delivery service (Mon-Sat) where available. This ensures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that couriers do not deliver on Sunday or Bank Holidays. We do not have courier collections over the weekend. As a seller we are not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels and locate your item.
We offer Yodel next day delivery to these postcodes charged at the standard rate. This service does not include Saturdays.
Provide your mobile telephone number on every order in case there are delivery or payment issues. This will also enable the courier to send you text updates about your parcel.
We send packages to the address listed on your payment address. In most circumstances our security checks will only allow parcels to be dispatched to the cardholders billing address or registered/confirmed PayPal address.
We will only deliver free to Mainland UK.
Due to recent misuse issues we will NOT deliver to the following places in any circumstances:
- University Halls of Residence
- Colleges
- Schools
- Hospitals
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your package is damaged, do not accept delivery.
If you believe any items are missing or you have received the wrong items contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging and paper work. We will require photographs of the parcel, the delivery note and the courier shipping label before we will be able to resolve any issues. All claims will be investigated however claims made without these are at risk of being denied, at our discretion.
For lost goods, please note if your order has been successfully delivered, we take no responsibility of who received the order. The goods are delivered to the address and not to the person at the address. If you have instructed the goods to be left at a certain place and the courier logs does state that it was let there, it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to deal with this. We will of course try to help as much as we can.
Acts beyond our control
If due to weather, strikes, transport problems or other acts beyond our control which cause delivery delays, we are unable to guarantee the delivery times by the courier.
Cancellations
Please contact us by email on info@fast-gas.co.uk as soon as possible before dispatching your goods. If we have not dispatched, we will cancel and send your refund, otherwise we are unable to cancel.
Refund and Returns
If you received damaged goods, we will of course offer you a refund on the returned item, otherwise we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final. Please contact info@fast-gas.co.uk for any queries.
